I own an HVAC company that's backed by 15 years of experience. I run the business side of it: the bids, the invoices, the scheduling, the customer calls, and the chasing people for money. For years I did all of it on QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and Canva. It worked, until it didn't.

Here's the thing about field service software. It isn't about fixing the unit. It's about running the business around the unit. And the person who knows that part best is the owner buried in the paperwork. That was me.

Every app I tried was built for a shop with a dispatcher and an office manager, packed with buttons a small operation never touches, and priced like it. So I built the one I actually wanted, and I use it to run my own company every day.

Jason has been building software since the 1990s, and he's done it all: security software, where getting it wrong isn't an option; logistics systems that move real things on real deadlines; and marketing platforms that have to just work for people who aren't technical.
